T Foley Interiors offer an unrivalled support both on a dedicated telephone line and via the website forum. In a unique and close collaboration with a nationwide fabricator we developed a working method to ensure we offered the most competitive prices, an efficient service, the best surfaces and unrivalled support both prior to and after fitting. Unlike our competitors, the person you order with is your contact throughout the installation process and you are welcome to ask any questions of your contact regarding your project. Additionally, if you have any technical queries regarding your chosen product, Tim Foley and the kitchensfitted team are ready to answer them on the forum, via e-mail or, if you wish, on the phone.We operate from a UK postal address not an untraceable PO Box Number and we have the product knowledeg to answer any of your queries before purchasing our goods.
What about sinks and taps, can I purchase these from TFI? [click here]
Yes you can and at the most affordable prices in the UK. We now offer the complete range of Astracast sinks and taps to all our visitors whether you are seeking a worksurface from us or not. Our current offer provides you with an unrivalled discount if you purchase your surfaces with us and we will discount your chosen sink and tap down further than displayed on our website to the price we pay if you purchase a worktop.
Do you provide a template and fitting service nationwide and is this included in the quote I receive?  [click here]
Yes. We have installers that cover the whole of mainland UK and your quote includes two visits, one to undertake templating and one to revidit to install your surfaces..

Can I install my own worktops?  [click here]
If you choose to do so we can offer a “delivery only” service for your work surfaces but we do recommend that we template and fit them because we are unable to offer warranty on surfaces fitted by our clients.

Will the quote you’ve offered be the price I actually pay?  [click here]
This depends on how accurate the drawings/ details we were supplied with are. Everything we have quoted you for is detailed on the quote you received and, once determined at the templating stage, should the material amount increase or decrease then so will the quote but only in ratio to our regular pricing schedule.To clarify, you will not be in for a shock if the quote we originally offered you was based on accurate dimensions.

How soon will I receive my quote?  [click here]
If you choose to use our online quoting service then as soon as you’ve submitted the information required. If you are not sure what details to provide and wish us to undertake the quote then we will require your address and contact details and a drawing or copy of your kitchen plan faxed to 0871 210 2006 or if you prefer, an attachment e-mailed to quote@kitchensfitted.com On receipt of the plan/drawing we will return your quote within 36 hrs.

Why don’t you offer wood or laminate worktops?  [click here]
Because although these tops are good for the purpose when fitted correctly, proper maintenance by the buyer is paramount and given that wood and water provide an irreparable reaction, we are committed to offering what we consider surfaces that require very little or no maintenance.

Where can I see displays and can I obtain samples?  [click here]
We are happy to send out up to two samples of your chosen surface in conjunction with undertaking a quote on the dimensions you provide us with and will require your choices, your address and contact details in an e-mail to info@kitchensfitted.com All samples sent are free including postage and packing. We have a nucleus of retailers who hold a stock of samples of our surfaces and may have our surfaces on display in their showrooms. To arrange a visit please provide your address details and contact number and we will let you know of the nearest display you can visit.

Do you offer to beat any other quotes we receive for the same surface?  [click here]
Our aim is to beat any like for like quotation but first we have to be certain that a competitors quote is Bona Fide, from a reputable provider and is based on the same amount of material and labour as the quote we have provided you with. To ensure this, we ask that you send or e-mail an exact copy of the quote to us for comparison. We will treat the information you provide in the strictest of confidence.

How long, after order, does the process take?  [click here]
We have a four week turnaround from order to completion with templating taking place within the first two weeks at the most convenient time for you. To guage the best idea of how to schedule your cabinet fitting and the worktop templating, why not call us for advice on 0871 210 2005.

Do I need to be present during templating and installation?  [click here]
Yes. You must be present in order to convey your preferences to the templater who will be happy to offer you guidance on sink/hob positioning, overhangs etc. For installation it is imperative that we ensure that you are happy with the installation for your own benefit and for the benefit of maintaining our own high standards with the feedback we receive.

Then go ahead and pick up the phone or visit our forum. We are an established website with a long history in the kitchen industry and are only too happy to help you make an educated decision. Tim Foley has appeared on and acted as consultant to a number of TV makeover shows and many of our projects have appeared in Home magazines so advice is our second line of business. We also operate a “request a callback” service to suit your convenience saving you the cost of a call.

What about preparing the cabinets for heavy surfaces?  [click here]
After order you will be sent a cabinet preparation guide devised by Tim Foley exclusively for our clients. This can be printed out and presented to your installer or you can follow the guide yourself should you be installing your own kitchen.

What guarantees do you offer?  [click here]
We offer a 10 yr manufacturing warranty and a 10 year installed warranty on Corian, Prestige and Silestone surfaces.

For residents of Republic of Ireland or islands outside mainland UK. Can we purchase and have our surfaces fitted by TFI?  [click here]
We are most happy to provide you with a quotation and a recent exercise carried out in comparison to quartz surfaces on offer in Eire showed that even though the logistics of extra travel and shipping costs are accounted for, we were more competitive than local fabricators. To ensure the lowest possible quotes we will work with you to ensure we offer the minimal additional travel and shipping costs that would apply.

Do you offer trade prices?  [click here]
All prices that we offer on Prestige Quartz, Granite, Corian and Silestone Quartz are the same, regardless of it being a trade or residential project and with a growing number of trade projects we undertake, feedback we receive from all quarters proves that all the old clichés such as “direct from the factory prices” and “to the public at trade prices” are just promotional hooks. The reality is that we employ a policy of generating a greater volume of sales by setting a low mark up. Even greater discounts are available for all projects that for more than one application.

Do you only fit kitchen work surfaces?  [click here]
No. We undertake all suitable applications for our projects including school laboratories, doctors or dental surgeries, new site or commercial projects, bathrooms, retail and food environments.

What are your payment terms?  [click here]
We request a 40% deposit with 60% payable 7 days prior to installation. We accept payments by a number of methods including Cheque, Bacs and Visa. And other major credit cards. Account terms can be applied for if you are a retailer or installer on receipt of a company letterhead detailing the business address details. Our terms are relative to the fact that, after an order is placed we purchase your chosen colour in sufficient slabs that are then fabricated specifically to suit your project. These slabs, once fabricated cannot be utilised for any other project. What we can state is that our reputation is important and that should any valid issue occur we will deal with it speedily and efficiently.

What is Prestige quartz and why is it more affordable than other quartz surfaces?  [click here]
Prestige quartz is our own selection of quartz colours exclusively available through T Foley Interiors. It is no different to any other quartz surfaces such as Luxore, Caesarstone, Arenastone etc and is made using the same process and the same machine, (Breton Machine) Similar colours are available throughout most quartz ranges and Prestige Quartz is no different so whether your choice is a black surface with mirror flecks or our new Chocolat, (featured on ITV’s 60 Minute Makeover), we have a huge range to choose from. Our goal in offering our own range was to ensure that we presented the facts about quartz and offered a range that allowed our visitors to purchase at an affordable cost. Feedback proves we do just that and we regularly undercut quotes offered by the sheds and competitors by shocking amounts.

What other surfaces do you offer?  [click here]
We offer Corian, Silestone and Granite. Corian is the most popular acrylic surface worldwide, is fully reparable and offers seamless joints and sink bowls. Silestone is again a quartz surface manufactured on a Breton Machine yet it differs from other quartz surfaces in that it incorporates an anti-bacterial compound throughout the core of the full range of colours. We only stock and install the highest quality granites and as such we may not offer the cheapest granite available but we can confidently offer a 10 yr manufacturing guarantee on the quality of what we provide. Try asking the same of other providers before you order.

Can Quartz and Granite be repaired in the unlikely event they become damaged  [click here]
This depends on the extent of the damage. Using a revolutionary kit, chips and scratches can be repaired. The everyday chores exercised in a kitchen should never pose issues that might create chips or scratches unless of course, you decide to tenderise your steak with a sledgehammer.

Can hot pans be placed directly on your surfaces?  [click here]
Although all our surfaces have an extremely high resistance to heat, we strongly advise that metal trivets or a protective board is used when placing hot implements on the surface. For that reason and to combat what some untrained sales rep may have told you, we are offering a set of pan trivets free with every order.
